Sausage Breakfast Casserole
To continue with my belated Thanksgiving posts, this was the breakfast casserole I made for the group the morning after Thanksgiving. It is terrific for a group and is also great as leftovers, heated up. You can get creative with the type of meat you use in this, but I opted for breakfast sausage. The great thing about this casserole is that you can mix it all together the night before, and just throw it in the oven the next morning! Enjoy! Ingredients: 24 oz shredded potatoe
