Korean Bulgogi
Happy Hump Day! I made this recipe almost a month ago, so I apologize for the delay in posting. I'm not going to lie to you - this is a time consuming dish. However, mark my words - SO WORTH IT! The author of this blog took a lot of time outlining the steps here, so I'm going to just include the link. I highly recommend you try this when you have time. The only thing I did differently was use flank steak, as I hadn't had the opportunity to go to the Korean supermarket. Also, I marinated the beef for about 45 minutes and it was still SO full of flavor. I did not add the additional agave for sweetness. I served this with some boiled rice mixed with broccoli slaw (shaved broccoli and carrots). It was a great combo, and healthy!
