Green beans recipe can be found here
This recipe has been on my air fryer list for some time, and I finally got around to it a couple of weeks ago! The pork came out crispy on the outside, but tender and yummy on the inside. This was very easy, just takes remembering to marinade the pork ahead of time. You can choose whether you want to use bone-in ribs or boneless (I used boneless). This would go really well with veggies or rice, so use your imagination, but definitely give this a try. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 pounds pork ribs, cut into small chunks/pieces (boneless or bone-in)
1 cup soy sauce, low sodium
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/3 cup brown sugar
5 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients, except the pork, into a bowl. Place the rib pieces into a large ziploc bag and add the marinade. Massage the pork into the sauce and marinate for at least 8 hours, but up to overnight. Place one layer of the pork into the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Halfway through, flip the pieces or toss them to ensure both sides get crispy. Serve with your favorite side.
