Kielbasa with Roasted Garlic Sauerkraut & Potatoes
Hi Everyone! I grabbed this sauerkraut when I was in a specialty grocery store, although I think that some of the larger, mainstream grocery stores also carry it - Cleveland Roasted Garlic Sauerkraut. Regardless, if you come across this brand, buy it! This is probably one of the best ones I've personally tried. There are other flavors as well which I can't wait to try. I had picked up some fresh polish kielbasa at the Italian Market as well, so thought I'd try this recipe on Cleveland Kraut website (there are lots of yummy recipes on there!). This was super easy to toss together, and was great for leftovers as a quick lunch. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 lb kielbasa (or your favorite sausage would work too)
3 potatoes, diced into bite sized pieces
10 oz Cleveland Kraut - Roasted Garlic sauerkraut
1/2 tsp olive oil
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Add all ingredients to an ovenproof skillet and stir together. Simmer for 5 minutes over Medium heat. Cover loosely with foil and cook in a preheated oven for 3 hours.
