Jerk Marinated Air Roasted Pork Chops
Earlier this week, I thought I'd continue to experiment with my new Ninja Foodi Oven and try out the Air Roasting function for butterflied pork chops. This was an extremely easy meal to prepare and very tasty! Enjoy!
2-4 thick cut pork chops (2 if butterflied, 4 if not)
~1/2 cup jerk marinade (enough to coat both sides of the chops)
Marinate the pork chops with the jerk sauce for at least 4 hours, and up to 24 hours. When ready, place the pork chops on the sheet pan, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat the Ninja Foodi Oven to the Air Roaster setting at 400 degrees. When ready, place in the oven and flip halfway through. I had the brussel sprouts and mac and cheese from an earlier meal, so just heated those up. If you wanted to roast brussel sprouts with the chops, you could put them on the sheet pan as well, after being tossed in a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Enjoy!
